South-east Asia. I remember now. Your're the missionary teacher who was catching a plane last time we crossed paths... (sorry, grief gives me a brain like Swiss cheese...)
Considering the coastline of Queensland from Coolangatta to Cape York is over 2,000 miles... I'd say it's a bit further than I'm a little north of you, in the same way New England is north of Atlanta!
I'm sure the reference to New England was unintentional, but it hurt nonetheless. I miss the nine months I spent in Connecticut... the trees, the squirrels, the deer, the turkeys, my late husband (I notice his old employer, Fleet Bank, is being bought out by Bank of America - I wonder what he'd think of that, the same way I missed high-fiving him when US forces captures Saddam... *sigh*)

The vet left a message I am to call her tomorrow...the results are back for the latest blood test on Sadie. What I can gather ....they were looking for it to come in a range of 200 to 1600......Sadie's came back 2600......whatever that means......but I will call in the morning to find.
It is looking like she may have pancreatitis........and get this .....the test today her former vet DIDN'T do.....

I know....the new vet explained it to me today......she said there is no cure for this condition.....that what I'm doing now for her ....bland diet....antibiotics.....and watching her diet.....is all that can be done.
