I loved the movie, and will buy the DVD. And I want to find the books ... I adore that historical period (Napoleanic Wars), and I gobbled up the Hornblower series.

Well then, let me tell you that I saw ONE of the series titles at Target this morning. It was the one that they made into the movie, which is not the first book in the series. I guess, if I want to get serious about it then I will have to go to a real bookstore when they actually have entire series of books available.

The books are about a British Rifleman in the Iberian Peninsula campaign during the Napoleanic wars. Sean Bean (yum) played the part in the tv series on A&E.
