And then there are the serious ones. I'm still haunted by "Grave of the Fireflies". Holy cow, what a downer of a movie!
I was sniffling by the end of that. Odd to cry over a cartoon, I guess...but it's not exactly a cartoon in the usual sense.

Top Cat, The Banana Splits, Secret Squirrel, Yogi Bear, Scooby-Doo, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Huckleberry Hound, Wacky Races (catch the pigeon...), Hong Kong Phooey, Captain Caveman. The list goes on.
Think my favorite Hanna Barbera character was Snagglepuss, well, him or Smeadly.
