But not yet weary are our feet...

You could use some of those hangy down flowers that are in your headpiece! Yeah - something like that... I like the shape of 2Js.. with more casual kinds of flowers like those hangy down flowers, carnations and such... sortof a wildflower look. My wedding isn't formal enough for roses that dressy!

Here I am coming down the staircase (imagine "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" playing...I hired a pianist)...I glanced over and saw Steve standing at the front and this is what I did...the photographer caught it!
Steve said that when he saw me coming down the stairs he thought "This is what it's like to go "all out"...meaning he knew I had done the best I could to have the nicest wedding possible. It was small, but very nice. Extremely formal.
Steve cried through the whole thing.

just another day here... got out the lawn tractor for spring servicin', little cuttin'... mebbe some brush hawgin' and rock pickin' this afternoon...
the last week of the 40 Days of Purpose home Bible study tonight... gotta pork roast in the crock pot fer our guests... hope the missus ain't plannin' nuthin'... I hate that...

And here we are, cutting the cake...you can see the cake was very small, but very nice, almond flavored, with almond buttercream frosting. Had real flowers...

And here we are, after it was all over. Steve sure is standing at attention, huh? LOL
I felt victorious. Took me four years, but I got 'im! LOL
Note the poinsiettas...we got married on Dec. 22nd. My "colors" were hunter green and white.

Thanks! I'm content.
Jar Jar took a 2 week break...got real broody, sat all day trying to hatch out the marble eggs. I finally took the marble eggs out and after a couple of days of mourning, she started laying again. So we're back to 3-4 eggs a day.
