In the late seventies I encountered her walking up B'way one winter evening. Her charisma was such that I felt it from half a block away. Not the sexiest woman I've ever seen, nor the prettiest (that actually goes to Vanessa Williams whom I also encountered in the B'way area @ 1986...you look at her and just say "My God she's pretty) but Raquel did glow....and what broad shoulders...
