Welcome to the First Annual Stu(pid) Award. This Award goes to the celebrity who said or did the stupidest thing at the Oscars. And you decide who wins. Now for how it works.

1)The only qualfifcation to nominate is that you have an FR screen name.

2)The current members of the Hollywood Leftist Ping List will be the final judges, as such they will not be able to nominate. They will not know how the others voted.

While there is no real statue, the winner will take home the ire of millions of thinking Americans.

Great idea. I nominate members of the Academy for nominating Charlize Theron to win for her role in a movie glorifying serial killers. Typical of Hollywarped. Last year the little turd Roman Polanski, convicted child rapist, a fugitive from justice, won.

I have to be upfront and admit I passed on the Oscar garbage. Who wants to see a bunch of botoxed, siliconed, viagraed, anorexic neurotics? IMO, John Basedow's infomercial on 6-pack abs is more entertaining than a bunch of warped, half-dressed Hollyweirdos. Only God knows what they stooped to in order to walk the red carpet.

I would like to nominate Sean Penn for his WMD comment during his acceptance speach for "best actor". He was nominated for best actor a couple of years back for his role as a mentally challenged man in the movie "I am Sam". He did not get the award however because they realized that he was NOT acting!!!
