John Conyers is the Democrat Congressman from Michigan with the annoying voice who was the ranking member on the Judiciary Committee when Clinton was impeached.

I heard a couple months ago he was "considering" it. Doesn't mean he'll do it. He knows it won't go anywhere, and he'll get the same results by just considering it.
