There was no kitty thread last week. I have plenty of excuses if you want to hear them. Lots of partying over the last two weeks in the Houston area. Chowdah heads from New England invaded Houston for the victory in the Super Bowl, and the H.A.T. FR Chapter celebrated their two-year anniversary. Time for this week’s kitty captions.

He didn't hiss. He did try to bite him when the vet was sticking him with his first shot! The vet is pretty good though, and got away. . . .

My Fidget loves driving in the car. She wants to go home so bad... But, we tried to bring her home to meet Trouble and DC and she turned into the evil cat from hell! Now that the boys are bigger though, we will bring Fidget home to try again. Trouble will be an office cat once Fidget is used to him. Trouble will also give her a run for her money!

Nuerological as in birth defect? I'm glad that he's healthy and happy and has his very own "hearing ear" cat!
Awww, I can't believe that trouble got in to trouble - he's such a sweetie! (giggle)
Haven't smoked in two , almost three weeks! Lost my voice last night at Patriots of the Republic - right in the middle of the broadcast!

Tinker Belle always graced the crate that way and the vet suggested that we just let her roam in the car at will - no problem after that.
Sam always got up under the drivers seat and Murphy rode shotgun and Toy always liked to drive.

The doc said neurological. I'm guessing birth defect. Or, maybe he was really sick as a tiny kitten. But, that would'nt make sense because he probably wouldn't have survived. We got him at 4 months old at a pet store. He was flea and worm ridden but otherwise happy. He is such a sweet cat. He loves to kiss our noses and chins. He is very friendly. Today he walked right up to the vet to say, "Hello".
Trouble? Last week, he got into our loft, and fell off of the half wall, and onto my computer monitor. He got up, and said to me, "Hey, why are you so panicked?" Then went to go play. Good for you on the smoking thing. Keep it up!

I have a photo of her on VOC's shoulder while he is driving. I can't find it right now, so instead here is one of Fidget when she was a kitten making herself really big next to Microcat!

My Sam was black as the Ace of Spades - hence his name Sam Spade. His brother (full blooded)was Burmese - Chocolate markings. When he light fell on Sam just right, he looked like he had a red coat. He was the bigger of the two, but also the biggest scaredy cat. If you said boo!, he jumped!

So far not having a bit of a problem. Although I haven't been around anyone while they have been smoking, I have been around smokers and don't even crave them.

The bug's on the back of an office chair and Murphy was sitting on the seat which is facing the sliding door and enjoying the sun. So, in the photo, she is actually on her side and peeking around the seat back.
Murphy has an amazing imagination and spends hours looking 'through' mirrors and analyzing light and shadow.
