I"m glad they liked it. We need to buy those DVDs. I'm gonna check half.com to see if anyone is selling them used.

We are getting the Jeeves and Wooster DVDs from Netflix. It was a TV series on the BBC back in the 70's. They are based on the stories by P. G. Wodehouse. I've never read the stories, but the shows are hilarious! They're about a young man (Bertie Wooster), a member of the 'idle rich' class in England between the world wars and his new 'valet', Jeeves, who is the smarter of the two men.

You should locate some of the books - much of the humor in them is verbal, and in the narration rather than the dialog. They're a hoot! The shows are good, too...but as usual pale in comparison to the original stories.
