Sigh... shouldn't even be thinking about chocolate malts... I've been dieting and exercising and I feel good but the scale hasn't budged in ages. I REALLY want to lose another size before graduation but I just don't know if that's going to happen.

Well...if it makes you feel any better, I didn't lose anything this week either. Scale actually said I gained.
On the other hand, I swear I look and feel trimmer.
I should probably go try a scale that I trust as accurate, or better yet just pitch the thing and concentrate on exercise and such.

Your cardiovascular efficiency and muscle tone are improving even though it's not showing up on the scale yet, which will set the stage for loss in scale pounds later as you stick with it.
