While he's home helping us build the addition, he's also gonna teach Clare and Joseph programming, and teach Cognitive Psych to Clare. She had expressed interest in Neurology when we were on the way down to get him Sunday night. On the way back, she mentioned it, and they got to talking about how we learn things and the brain processes involved. I think she'll enjoy learning this, especially from her older brother.

What you're talking about with the psychology of learning is an area I'm also very interested in. I find that knowing how we learn helps me organize my own learning and teaching--and even my writing--so much more efficiently.

he's also gonna teach Clare and Joseph programmingOh man.... I have offered and offered to teach the older kids computer stuff. Anything they want to know. HTML, programming, hardware, how not to get a virus... but none of them are the least bit interested. Looks like I'm going to be the only one of us to follow in Dad's footsteps... But I think it's great your guys want to learn it!
