Now a happy reunion scene is a great way to finish up before going to bed.
If I don't catch you later, have a good night!

Went across the
Chihuly Glass Bridge
If you don't know Dale Chihuly, Tacoma loves Dale Chihuly, their best known claim to fame besides the Aroma. He makes stuff out of glass....
Stuff like this:

Mostly Hideous things...

Then there were the large wicker viney things on the waterfront...

This was the warning sign on them.... Not sure about the 'armed' thing.... but I didn't step in the pool.

The place was big on warning signs....

And the last pic..... Found another bar and more pints...

This was some kind of slingshot cross-bow thing that shoots baseballs a long ways for dogs that like to fetch... Remember, I posted a link to that about six months ago.
If it's geeky, you'll see it here first in the Hobbit Hole!

Yawn... well, mostly done with the reunion scene. I think I'll go to bed and let them have a little privacy for the end of it ;-)
Good night! You come back around here more often, understand?

Chihuly, huh? I remember there being some sort of dust up when x42 and Her Heinous left the White House. Seems she took a Chihuly bowl with her that he had intended to be part of the WHITE HOUSE furnishings, not the personal property of the previous occupants! Don't know if it ever made it back to the WH or not. It was an ugly thing, though, kinda like those pieces in that museum!
Looks like a great Tacoma mini-moot! Cute doggies, too! ;o)

Luther's character was well played, but he wasn't as consumed in the movie as I believe he was from my studies... but there's only so much you can put into a two hour movie... Where have I heard that before? And tell us, did they keep Tom Bombadil this time?

So are YOU coming out the nuptials??? I want to. I'll plan on it if'n I strike it rich.
It is late (early) and I am talking to myself.
Just finished the second season of "24" on DVD. Dang good TV.
g'nite, or g'mornin...

Well, I'm just a tiny bit south of you so I've got green peeking out in several spots. Been watching for iris swords but they haven't shown up yet.
Worked too hard *in* the house yesterday, hopefully it'll be pretty here again today and I can get some of those beds spiffed up!
Today is my baby brother's 41st birthday - gotta try not to forget to call him! Can't do it this early in the AM so am liable to forget!

Hair costs $6, nails cost $7. How much should I tip per item? In case I get a different person for each thing... LOL... depends on how much you like what they do! I usually tip better than average for this stuff from what I hear so not sure you'll like what I say. Specially at the beauty school. I'm warped, I'll go there for the best price and then tip the same thing I pay.
At present my boss' stepdaughter is going through the cosmotology school. For entmoot she wanted to bless me with the gift of a pedicure. A VERY nice one! I thought that was so sweet! She's struggling to get through school with 20 month old twins after their dad walked out and she's gifting me with a pedicure. Left her a $20 anonymous tip in her equipment tray. Her mom says she thinks it was me but can't be sure... I didn't admit nothin'! :-)
At my nail salon I usually leave her $5. But, I watch everyone else and they usually leave $1 or $2 so I think that is prolly normal. $1 per item shows that you appreciate 'em.

Cool pics!
I knew I was gonna miss 'em when I went to bed so early last night, but I was worn out!
I like Scott's dogs! They look awfully playful!
