The trial is proceeding on schedule. Today, in fact, the defense rested. First thing this morning the prosecution rested so today was all defense witnesses. Tomorrow will be the judge's instructions to the jury and then final arguments. Then we start deliberations.
It has been e x c r u c i a t i n g to not be able to talk about any of this, especially among ourselves. There is SO MUCH to discuss... AAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH.

If we finish tomorrow, then I'll go in to work on friday, but I'm not counting on it. It is reasonably likely that we'll be deliberating on Friday. We'll see.
Well... I think I'll turn in. Need to get up early again tomorrow. [sigh]

Hey folks. I see we have moved, thanks for the ring ping! I've been busy trying to organize myself to go with my new legal status! Got my social security done. Doing my driver's license (address change) today and getting transcripts from my university. Now I can finish school YAY! I've been trying to keep up, but I know I missed some because I just scanned through.

Coffee...that's something I could really use today.
And I was late. Old guys that literally don't go more than 20 except maybe for a few seconds when going downhill shouldn't be allowed on the roads until after the work rush.
