The Hobbit Hole VI - And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
Posted on 01/31/2004 9:52:08 AM PST by ecurbh
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

You know, I've told you that we don't have a Texas country radio station around here. I was listening to the one in Ft. Worth yesterday and there was this new chick that had a really good song. First name was Gretchen and the song was something about redneck women. Heard this? I want it.

We might have heard that last night! I think we had the same station on as we were driving back.
Tuned to Waco 100 a little further south, and heard a song I think was called "Drinking and Driving", that I believe was by Kevin Fowler and Ricky Calmbach. Liked it and had not heard it before!

Waco 100 is the station I worked for when I was going to TSTC! It's where Dennis and I met. He was the afternoon drive announcer and I was the sweetheart of the radio! :-)

Sorry! I'm turning you to different subjects. I like WACO 100 too though cause they play Texas stuff. Played a lot of Pat Green cause he's got lots of family in Waco.

To: Professional Engineer
I think she was talkin' about Sean Connery!
no not really.
Most guys just get better with age... but it takes a while to figure that out.
