So why doesn't "Problem-Reaction-Solution" work for us?

It was hinted at last night by John Loftus that this might be the case with the WMD intel investigations that were lauched by Britain and the US yesterday. The problem is a softball pitch by Kay that is a very circumscribed "we didn't find any WMD in Iraq"

The reaction is "Independant investigation into intel" The committee will then get the intel that shows irrefutably WMD were in Iraq and shipped to Syria, along with their specific locations (which Debka reported yesterday Kay already has in hand) All those who screamed so loudly for the commision will not be able to ignore the results it produces.

The solution? Your guess is as good as mine on that.
