Actually, the one who makes the calls on offense is Tom Rossley. It was his head that a lot of people have been calling for not just this year but last year as well.

This year he seemed to have figured it out, he seemed to have realized that just because you have a HOF QB doesn't mean you can't have a good running game... until 3rd quarter. Going for it on 4th in the first half and not making it seems to have really shaken the team out of its rhythm, should have kicked the FG. Don't get greedy until you have to. And yes I'll admit I was pro-going for it at the time, I only have a cool football head after the fact.
