It was bizarre to say the least as was Richard Hatch. I have to admit that I don't think that Hatch should have been running around naked, she may indeed successfully sue the show to get her millions just like she told Rupert.

"getting too real" is right! Rob the Builder is cute as a button, he's got real life skills and charms, but I get the feeling he's not playing a game. I get the feeling he's capable of anything, a real life, street thug survivor. The way he body slammed Ethan intentionally, into the side of the pool, rather than into the water, wasn't my first clue.
So if you want type casting survivor, Rob's the one.

Cuz, that's so great! Glad to hear the Missus is doing so well.
Now (leaving aside that teensy weensy cancer thing!), there's one thing worse than drinking a gallon of that icky stuff -- drinking it and having nothing happen, or at least not having it "work" as it's supposed to -- so that you have to go back later and try again. I advise against that.

"She said the show was being very supportive in helping her get over this."
translation - quick secret payoff so they would not get sued. Too bad Ghiardia didn't think of this.

Glad that she is doing better. We miss you. Survivor just isn't the same without ya!

Yep. I remembered why I hated him the first time around.

From the sounds of it, I would have supported you. My nephew did the same thing when he was about 15. He was in Southern California, and ended up driving off of a cliff. He almost died, and severely damaged his face. I don't remember how many bones were broken in his face, and I don't know how many hours of surgery were done on him.
The kid is grown now, and still gets into trouble. The last I heard he was in jail. It's my husband's sister son, and I've actually never even met him. The only time I've been around the same place as him was when he was in the hospital. We drove down to be with my sister-in-law and other family members.
Sometimes stupid things can get kids into big trouble.

That's what I would have done. When I was in college, I was in Austin before the Texas A&M vs tu football game. There was a big street party, and someone groped me on the street. I screamed and nailed him. That's what I would have done to Hatch.
(I was really small in college about 110 lbs, but I still had a mean kick.)

I just think they need to add him to the cast of the "Sopranos".

I have to admit that I don't think that Hatch should have been running around naked, she may indeed successfully sue the show to get her millions just like she told Rupert.
Yeah, I agree, the nudity should not have been part of the show. But in a way, it is part of the show.. It is a primitive situation. There aren't any changing rooms, people have a limited amount of clothing. They wash their clothes, bathe.. If you can't handle someone being naked, this type of situation isn't for you. And everyone knew all this coming into the game.
But there is a point of going past good taste, and the producers neglected to stop it in the first season. They really dropped the ball in putting a stop to the nudity during All Stars. Nudity in a contact challenge? The line had already been lost in the distance, and then they went miles beyond.
Is it something that could be sued over? Suing Richard would be useless; the event occurred in Panama, Panama's courts would be where the case would have to be held -- if the court was feeling especially kind toward her and gave into American public pressure, she might get a hundred dollars.
Sue CBS? Aside from the huge pile of waivers that she signed, Mark Burnett likely has hours of footage of Sue telling the camera how Richard's being naked never bothered her, that she found it funny, etc. Then she has the task of overcoming that she went to loser's island, met Richard, and buried the hatch(et). If rumors are to be believed, she went on a trip with Richard and other losers as well.
So, yeah, she could sue, but all she would do is make a few lawyers rich and blow whatever money she earned on the show. Really, I feel sorry for Sue; for the public, this isn't going to go away. I've no doubt that there are dozens of organizations like NOW who are just salivating at the thought of paying her to speak about her experiences; how a man used his body to force her to leave a game, etc.

In a sane, rational Country I would agree. But we live in a Sue Happy country where Bleeding Heart Liberal juries give ungodly amounts of money to undeserving litigants. Just ask McDonalds in ref. to their coffee burning incident.

Hey Everybody!
Just a quick post to let you know my prediction for tonight.
Im gonna go against the spoiler websites
(Yep, Im even gonna against the great and all knowing snewser over at SurvivorNews.com!) and say that although I agree that Mogo-Mogo will go to tribal council tonight, I think that Jerri (not Colby) will be taking the long walk of shame.
Take care,

Hi Cuz,
I sure hope you're right. I have never liked Jerri and would love to see her gone. I'm not fooled by her trying to show a more "tender" side and am surprised she's been able to hold her tongue this long. Two witches in two weeks is just fine by me. Pass the bug spray please.
