The clock waits for no man. Starting the game needs to start on time. All the players are warmed and stretched, all the fans are there and ready, now they should make everybody sit around in 4 degree whether and wait for a game in the other conference to finish!? NFW, the only time a game shouldn't start on time is when there's a problem there, never delay for some other game.
