The First lady and I are great. Tonight is dinner in (not sure what, Chinese delivery...pizza or a quick trip to the Outback). It has been raining. Light, but steady. The cold front should be through tomorrow (disclaimer: cold is a relative term). ;^)

Real ranchers and farmer probably think I'm nuts the way I spoil them.
How is Daisy?

Daisy is doing fine...the cold doesn't seem to adversly effect her..on the contrary, she gets all giddy and crazy when she comes back in.
I am watching her carefully and not letting her stay out too long.
The Squirrels no doubt are hidding so she has lost her tormenters.

Is Harkin truly popular in Iowa?? I guess it's the cities which elect him...Yes, it is the cities full of Union types who elect him.

Thanks for your prayers. Hubby is going for a job that will double his salary. In the process he would be giving up a job close to home with good benefits. He would have to stay at the mine and come home every three weeks or longer.
I am trying to be a happy camper, but it is not easy.
To: lepton
Inside, of course.

Hey, Sweetie! Finally finished up reading the parts of the thread I missed due to my absence.
I need a favor. Could you help me thing of logical places where I could have hung a freshly dry cleaned black suit? I have checked all my closets. It isn't there. That means I left it somewhere that makes no sense at all.
I sure hope it hasn't gone to be with the lovely Teal Boiled Wool Jkt which disappeared 3 years ago and has never resurfaced.
