We're pretty lucky here in the boonies - it's pretty live and let live. I mean I walk into the local corner mart and the gals behind the counter are all smoking!!!

OTOH the Governor wants to raise the 2 and a half cents per pack tax to 25 cents and let towns and counties add up to another 50 cents.

I'm fairly close to Kentucky who has some fairly cheap taxes. They passed a law here to confiscate your car if you're caught bringing over $60.00 worth across the state line. The insane b*st*rds have gone over the edge.
