My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and I...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

The Garden of My Lust
Drunk with desire for your touch feeling your breath pass over my skin heightened passions blowing the lid 200 Fahrenheit
Can I not draw you to me? Would it cost you that much to receive this passionate offering of me?
Making love with you once would last until the urge dictated my moves in the direction for afternoon delight once again with you?
And your hunger... How is that sated? Is your well deep enough to wash you with comfort? Are there faces living in your repertoire? And you conjure them up for your fantasy rides. Or is just looking enough for you.

To all the rocks in your life...
A philosophy professor stood before his class and had
some items in front of him. When class began, wordlessly he picked up a large empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded- to fill it with rocks, rocks about 2" in diameter. He then asked the students if the jar was full? They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and
poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas
between the rocks. He then asked the students again
if the jar was full. They agreed it was. The students laughed.
The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else."Now," said the professor, "I want you to recognize that this is your life. The rocks are the important things -
your family, your partner, your health, your children -
anything that is so important to you that if it were lost,
you would be nearly destroyed. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car. The sand is everything else. The small stuff."
"If you put the sand into the jar first, there is no
room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for
your life. If you spend all your energy and time on the
small stuff, you will never have room for the things
that are important to you. Pay attention to the things
that are critical to your happiness. Play with your
children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your
partner out dancing. There will always be time to go
to work, clean the house, give a dinner party and
fix the disposal."
"Take care of the rocks first - the things that really
matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."

EXCELLENT!
Loved the imagery! Nice and soft, with just an edge of heat. (and you thought you couldnt smokem! HA!)

Just A Child
A child it was,
small and helpless in a larger world,
watched over by a mother of grace and a father so proud,
and simple animals of the field.
Yet this child was at no risk,
for overhead waited the host of God,
a mighty army of Angels in homage,
to the Lamb, heart of all.
Kings three did come this night,
and kneeled before their tiny Master,
giving all that was themselves,
to that which had come to pass.
Gifts so rare of kingdoms ransom,
yet it was the hearts and souls that shone like gold,
filling that manger with the soft living light of worship,
giving all there blessings beyond wealth.
Stars led the way to a simple place,
in a land of strife and common life,
yet somehow this place was different,
holy as a temple, blessed beyond our ken.
What wonders has the world seen,
when Kings kneel to honor their better,
and common man finds a savior,
upon a chill and quiet night in a needy land.
We celebrate this moment,
with hearts open to Him,
knowing He has come to us,
and will someday again.
When that times comes to us,
remember those mighty Kings,
and bow to Him who leads us all,
upon that truly wondrous day.
For those who fear His presence,
and damn Him at every turn,
even they may find the way,
and reach out to a waiting friend.
There are those who doubt His being,
for reasons of their own,
yet each must stand before Him,
when each is called to home.
Christmas is for Christ,
Lord, and Son, and Host,
once a child in a manger,
and now King of Kings for us.

a rose is truly a thing of beauty on this earth

Very pretty snippy.
