That reminds me.... I still haven't told Dad.

When asked, I keep saying our number of attendants will depend on how many folk from the thread are coming!

But our attendants will be wearing shorts and sandals... no one will be in satin unless they choose to be. The groom-n-me will be the only ones in formal wear.

Cool...I've always wanted to go to a hippie wedding.

Seriesly don't worry about the number of attendants. I know you're supposed to have a set number per number of guests. But just pick the people you want to be in your wedding and leave it at that. If it's two...great. Or, if like our case, it's 20, so be it. We had way too many attendants for the number of guests. But all of those people are (or at least were) vey significant in our lives. That's what mattered.

You can always tag a couple more guys to be ushers. They don't have to be matched with a bridesmaid.
