Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

We could do that.
It Has Begun.
And I'm really feeling worse, actually considering being sick tomorrow...

...but it does make me wonder how I'd handle my own kids if'n I ever had anyThe difference is that YOU'D have control over them, and if they smarted off you could punish them! Can't really do that do your brother, so it's frustrating!

Yeah, we gots the snow and the freezing rain.
Wife and I had to go out to drop off the van to be serviced tomorrow. Figgered it was easier than tryin' to take it in the a.m. Plus her school is already closed for tomorrow.
I'm guessing we have somewhere between 3-5 inches already and it was gettin' icy on top of that. My windshield wipers kept freezin' up.
So we dropped off the car and went to Food Lion and bought Scarlet O'Hara groceres ("As God is my witness, I'll never go hungry again").
Got out of Food Lion and wife realized she didn't have her cell phone. Traced it back mentally and realized she must have dropped it back at the dealership. So we drive back that way again. Got there and called her number. Found it ringin' in the snow.

Corin; all's well that ends well; found the phone ringing in the snow-excellent idea. (smarter than the average dwarf-if I may say so)
We're supposed to get a bit of snow tommorrow, couple inches, but on the ice we already got, should be "interesting". Got a public hearing tomorrow night, wonder what the attendance will be....
To: Corin Stormhands
Ooops! Just call me blockhead!I have lost my cellphone once while in Kentucky. Thought I had it in my motel room..looked all over it. Went through my head, backtracking. Found it six miles away from my motel. I was earlier at a church graveyard which was near a small creek. There it was laying on the bank. LoL
Otay..I won't say what JUST happened on tv!
