Crummy early and middle education is a recipe for disaster. You learn the foundations of math and language arts in these years. If schools sucks (bad teachers, etc.) you can be screwed. This means remedial education, tutoring, etc.

Other than your lazy work ethic and the terrible construction of the problem sentence, I haven't enough information to help you (read: do your assignment for you).

I don't understand. Are you supporting this statement?

Start with Google do your own research. Doing it your self is the way to get a better education and have a better chance of being part of a better work force.

Your assignment is due in a couple of days? Oh well,I can't lecture you because I stayed up all night once to write an essay that I had known about for six weeks. I made an A (without any Free Republicans help :')
How old are you and can you give us more details about your project?

Send freepmail, respond here, whatever, but soon because this is like a final due in a couple of days. This is "like a final due in a couple days"?
:sigh: Well, you might start off with the literacy rate among those who graduate from public schools. There are very few jobs that do not involve pushing a broom for some one who cannot read. Even most sanitation jobs require basic literacy.

The reason why our public schools are producing a "Crummy Workforce" is because they no longer reward excellence. They believe that by rewarding one person as the best in class is damaging to the self esteem of everyone else.
This type of approach in the classroom results in mediocrity at best and a sense of feeling that why try to be the best in your class, when a passing grade is judged no different than a perfect score
