In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “word for the day”. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. Practice makes perfect.....post on....

osculate \ohs*cue*late\, verb:
osculated, osculates, osculating; transitive, intransitive verb
osculation; noun
deosculate, deosculation; (fondly)
exosculate, exosculation; (vigorously)

1. To kiss..
2. Mathematics: To have three or more points coincident with.
3. To come together; contact.

A Plain Old Kiss
Some people need a peck or two;
For others a simple smooch will do;
Too many, a graze will stimulate;
A few may want to osculate.
And then, there are those who need a smack,
For flowery words they have a knack.
But all I want from you is bliss,
Which you can give me with a plain, old kiss!
- Arr. Ara John Movsesian

Etymology [Latin scul r , scul t-, from sculum, kiss, diminutive of s, mouth. See s- in Indo-European Roots.]

Michael Jackson likes to osculate with young boys. He osculated with Lisa Marie to make the world think he was normal. His attorney would osculate a turd if he could be paid for it.

My opinion of attorneys and Michael Jackson is that they can osculate my....

"He's a twiced divorced, lapsed Catholic, neo-pagan, communistic, 150 pound vegan, who looks like the guy on the cover of Mad Magazine."

The guy is a loser, and stands for everything any woman not totally brainwashed by the feminazis hates with a passion.
If I may borrow a phrase from the guys...Not even with someone else's would I do him. And yes, he does look JUST like Alfred E. Neumann

Which is why it was suprising he didn't get a Cabinet position under Clinton....

He just wasn't weird enough to fit in with that freak show.

I remember Clinton's first State of the Union (or maybe it was some other major speech) on TV and my dad called me up in total shock. He was like "This is weirder than the circus sideshow! It's worse than the bar scene in Star Wars!"

Well, I'm not the usual city chick. I have no tats, no face or genital piercings (although I've been contemplating a small belly ring when I get my stomach flatter), and I shower on a regular basis... ;)
