Is this child abuse?
This is mild compared to Packers fans. At least Mom didn't tattoo the child with the team logo shortly after birth.

It's no more child abuse than taking a kid to any other Jets game. What the Jets do to football is abuse.

No, it's not child abuse.
Yes it is, she's raising the kid to be a Jets fan. If it was the Red Sox or the Cubs, it would be felonious endangerment.

Well could be child abuse. But if you start them young they grow up to be Browns Fans and wear really stupid things on their heads

Surely don't like the 'look' for 'team spirit' but hey; his Mom has taken him to a football game. . .probably has a brother in college who does the same. OR a punk brother in jail who did the same . . .who knows?!
Have you seen the close-up picts of Michael Jackson's veiled children; the look on their faces behind the veil - that I believe is child abuse.

If it's cold enough for mom to wear a tuke and she's probably the one who gooped up Jr's hair, then, yeah. definitely abuse.

The Jets have a reputation for attracting a substantial following of demented fans, but there's been an interesting trend in New York football over the last decade or so. A friend of mine who is privy to these things tells me that the New York Jets of the most "valuable" fan base in professional sports when it comes to advertising.
I attribute a lot of this to the passing of Leon Hess. Sure, the Jets still have an occasional "degenerate" fan like the old days, but since Robert Wood Johnson IV purchased the team from the Hess estate it has really started to become a first-class organization.
