Looks like you finally sobered up. Lisa has kept me distracted.
She had to go to the office for a while today, so I am browsing.

That's the trouble with history telling, it's all relative, I mean one man's barbarian is another man' s heroes.
I mean isn't it all in how you look at groups of peoples down through the ages. I mean take the Huns, they were terrorists to the Goths who in turn went after the Romans who treat them as little more than cattle.
The I'm sure the Romans were seem as Barbarians buy the peoples they had conqured. and so on.

Heck, the Romans were barbarians in my book.
Crucifyig people, public torture, the bacchanalias, orgies, and other lunacy..
Not that I'm complaining about some of it, but civilized people don't do those sorts of things.

OK. Still no job. *sigh* I heard they may move the Scott Peterson Trial to San Jose.
You could always try out for Jury Duty.
Tell Geragos about Margaret and he will think you're sympathetic to Scott's divorce tactic.

You in Kali right now, Swervie? The weather is horrible - cold and drizzly. But I'm sure you're not noticing that...

See what I mean?
I mean each so called civilization wer in some ways barbarians, I mean a lot of modern nations can trace thier political ancestry to these variuos peoples. like the Persians, the Romans, the Vikings and so on.

Unfortunately, it's been moved to San Mateo county.

DEAN's meltdown?
What did I miss? Well, he didn't actually chew the carpet or foam at the mouth, and I don't think he was exactly trying to sing Jonny Cash's "I've Been Everywhere", but he pretty much had a temper tanrtrum when John Cary got over twice the votes he did.
Peek at the opening screen of the Drudge Report.

And I refuse to work on her car anymore since I get blamed for every little thing that goes wrong with it afterwards.
(Supposedly the transmission blew in her previous car because I changed the engine oil...) Tell the truth. How many quarts did you 'accidentaly' put in the transmission?

I really wish I'd seen the meltdown, although I've listened to the audio. What a nutbar! We were heartily sick of the Iowa caucus yapping, so we stuck a DVD in the player, and watched "Tombstone". Lots of bullets flying. I decided I need a shotgun now. Don't have one of those yet...

Yup.
*chuckle*
Too bad some of the 'barbarian' tribes became extinct.
I think the world would be alot more interesting otherwise.

So I dumped a whole bottle of stop leak into it accidentally on purpose.
So what?
It's not like I saw her with that other guy in her car or molly greased his brakes or anything like that.
/ joke.
None.
But she insisted on using 5w-30 in her car, and I kept recommending at least 10w-40.
Probably should have used 20w-50 considering the valve noise it had.
