I suppose it is about 3 or 4 miles from my house...I live up on the high ground outside the City of Renton...Not all the trail is bricked, most is blacktop, but it's a nice trail...Upstream from the Library it is an abandoned railroad right of way....There are a few more trails around the area....Use to ride a lot of them when I was into bike riding....

I am thinking of an Amigo and a mini bike. My knees move find just can't stand on them or walk far. I have arthritis in three places in both knees. I fell twice over ten years ago and its just got worst.

What is so bad is the adjustment thinking things will improved or making the best of situation.

So now I look at things of how to carry on using my inventive mind to view and do those things I always was going to do but too much on the move.

If blessed I have about 25-30 years left to do those things I came to earth to do!

Wow, sounds interesting. Super HDL!! I think Westy should get some chelation done. I have seen it work wonders on folks around here. One guy that was my Sisters neighbour couldn't walk around his house. Not even one lap. He went through a series of chelation and he's going absolutley everything now. He mows his grass (big), does yard work. Walks uptown. The whole bit. The only thing is it is quite expensive.

I can only take a few minutes at a time listening to these nitwits dissect why Howard Dean has fallen like a rock. I have also come to the conclusion that Pat Buchanan has really lost it. He rarely says anything that makes any sense any more.
