I don't know anything about them, except that my neighbor had one. He was on oxygen for breathing problems, too, so it must not have been that much of an exertion to lift and fold up. He just put in his trunk.

Oh it's a real simple one Babe. It starts with a package cake..

I used Duncan Hines yellow cake
add one stick of soft butter
3 eggs
2 cups of applesauce

1/4 cup of sugar
2 tsps of cinnamon..and mix

Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon in the greased bundt or angel food pan.

Mix the cake and other stuff until blended well.. ( I beat mine, but I think it made it too fluffy, so don't over mix it.)

Leave out about 1 1/2 cups of batter, put the rest of the sugar and cinnamon over the batter in the pan, and then add the rest.

Bake at 350 for 35-45 mins..

It tastes really good for starting out with a package.. ;)

Jeeze Westy, maybe you can stock up on some taquitos on your way home, lol. I haven't had any lately.. I must get some.. I love them with salsa. I do have some frozen burritos tho.. ;)

That really does look like a nice light unit.. Now that spring will be coming, it would be nice for you to be able to get out more..

Chase chicks and 'stuff'.

Nope, I do not want the recipe. I do not want, yet, at least, to tear my husband's throat out. LOL

OMG I love Toulouse. How very cute. Here's a joke folks.

The tribal wisdom of the Dakota Indians, passed on from generation to generation, says that,

"When you discover that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount."

However, in government (and in corporate America) more advanced strategies are often employed, such as:

1. Buying a stronger whip.

2. Changing riders.

3. Appointing a committee to study the horse.

4. Arranging to visit other countries to see how other cultures ride horses.

5. Lowering the standards so that dead horses can be included.

6. Reclassifying the dead horse as living impaired.

7. Hiring outside contractors to ride the dead horse.

8. Harnessing several dead horses together to increase speed.

9. Providing additional funding and/or training to increase dead horse's performance.

10. Doing a productivity study to see if lighter riders would improve the dead horse's performance.

11. Declaring that as the dead horse does not have to be fed, it is less costly, carries lower overhead and therefore contributes substantially more to the bottom line of the economy than live horses.

12. Rewriting the expected performance requirements for all horses.

And of course my personal favorite...........

13. Promoting the dead horse to a supervisory position.

Still on the Terror thread. See ya later. Love you.

Oh if you only knew what we went thru trying to figure out the amount of applesauce.. He almost drove me insane..lol. The more he told me all these explanations adn calculations, the worse it got...

I told him... I don't want to build a spaceship.. just TELL me how much applesauce..lol.

Good thing he had yardwork to do or it would have gotten dangerous... ;)

I don't know if they are over sexed or not....Lots of senior housing along that stretch of the river and the Senior Center is where I park to start my walk.....I have heard there is a lot of competition for the few old men who can still move...I don't go there though...To scared maybe...LOL...

That trail goes for miles along the river..From the Library to the Senior center is 1/2 mile..To the mouth of the river is 1 1/2 miles... Upstream it goes for at least 3 miles...I use to walk up there, but the benches are to far apart for me now....
A couple of years ago some jerk tried dragging a gal into thhe brush...She hollerd like he!! and some other walkers came along and scared him off......

.....Westy....

Oh, I know the feeling well, grannie. Once I asked my husband to measure a room that I needed to paint, so I would know how many gallons to buy. He handed me some figures on a piece of paper and I took it to the store. Seems he figured it out precisely...in cubic feet. As if I were going to paint the air. LOL

Is anyone watching the Caucuses in Iowa tonight on C Span. I am laughing so hard. I have been to many here in Missouri and we would have been ashamed to have been so unorganized.
