A pretty long-haired blonde Policewoman in her boat, just came into our canal area and towed out a dead Manatee...
What a shame.. I wonder what killed it? Maybe the cold water..or I suppose it could have been hit by a boat..
They come into the canals to get warm, but it's been so cold lately at night.. :( Oh well.. one more gone..
Back to the meat-a-balls...

LOL.. that sucker would make a lot of meat-a-balls for sure..
Almost as many as I have to fry up right now.. Man two pounds of pork and 1 1/2 pounds of beef made up a huuge bowl by the time I got the rest of the 'gredients in.. I'll be frying these suckers until I turn....... blonde...

Have you ever tried baking your meatballs instead of frying them? It is so much easier.
To: Conservababe
Hi Babe.. yes I always baked them for awhile until I got this new recipe.. It calls for them to be dusted with flour and fried..and that's what I do now.. It's longer, but they brown nice..
It's a nice way to do them with all the cheese in them.. ;)

Cheese in them? Okay, I need the recipe when you have time to spare.
