I think about that movie sometimes when I get visions of the kind of world the RATs would have us living in. It WAS a good movie, but really creepy.

He could move to SF and work for the city. It's a covered benefit...Unfortunately, Sharkey's "restlessness" has now led him into even more unusual pursuits. Have you noticed his odd affection for wolverines? It seem to have started when, on one of his forays into the wild, Sharkey experienced the wolverine's ability to facilitate chemical communication via scentmarking and abdominal rubbing.
Since then, he has not been his old self selves.

... he went to one of those "do-it-yourself" discount docs and the procedure went terribly awry.I did not say that. But his favorite saying is "a penny saved ...."

YOU'LL KNOW YOURS IS A REDNECK CHURCH IF:
1) The finance committee refuses to provide funds for the
purchase of a chandelier because none of the members
knows how to play one.
2) People ask, when they learn that Jesus fed the 5,000,
whether the 2 fish were bass or catfish, and what bait
was used to catch 'em.
3) When the pastor says, "I'd like to ask Bubba to help take
up the offering," five guys and two women stand up.
4) Opening day of deer season is recognized as an official
church holiday.
5) A member of the church requests to be buried in his 4-wheel
drive Ford truck because "It ain't never been in a hole it
couldn't get out of".
6) The choir is known as the "OK Chorale".
7) Boone's Farm "Tickle Pink" is the favorite wine for
communion.
8) In a congregation of 500 members, there are only 7 last
names in the church directory.

You're going to have to download them again.
Spybot might see them as a problem, depending on how they work, but you can just deselect them in the next run.
Had my IE "Homepage" get switched on me once.
Ended up battling it out with a bot that kept changing it.
Once I found it I manually removed it.
I don't recommend doing manual registry searches nor do I recommend the do it yerself method of bot removal.
(This was with my old machine and with my previous OS as Win98SE.)
Lord save us from the Windows Registry, a crueler and more evil invention the world has never known.

I think Bill Owens is the one to keep an eye on fro 2008 No one with zero name recognition today is gonna be able to build enough momentum to beat Hillary.

Well, I disagree that he has zero name recognition. He was tight with Dubya during the election debacle in 2000 and is one of his closest allies. He has higher name recognitin than Weinie Deanie even a year ago and we're still 5 years away. Give him time. Sure, it's speculation on my part, but I'm not the first who has said it on this forum and I don't expect I will be the last. Gov. Owens has done some good things in Colorado. He is conservative without coming across as too extreme. We'll see, but I think it's a possibility.

Yeah, you don't see a lot of "Lumberjacks for Kucinich" bumper stickers. Heh. I've actually used the concept of "getting in touch with your inner lumberjack" many times. Usually in reference to men who are exuding spinelessness.
I can't stand spinelessness and weak constitution. In women I find it annoying, but it makes my skin crawl when men exhibit it (maybe because I am male). I don't know how a person can live their life like that, running around cowering like a neurotic chihuahua.

Kucinich IS creepy. I can't imagine what would induce someone to support him. It might be a fascinating case study, but I don't want to be the one conducting the research. If you look at this supporters, most of them are equally as creepy. He acts as a fantastic concentrating force for the, umm, sludge at the bottom of the gene pool. Actually, this probably explains their strongly socialist proclivities. The Kucinich rallies must be a surreal experience.
It would be a fascinating genetic experiment to take the lot of them and confine them to an island somewhere. It has all the makings of a B-movie plot device.

He's a lot like Dubya, but not as charming. Very effective and rational though, and he would have a strong ally in Dubya. Yeah, I think he could take her. She would only carry the fringe and the idiots, although their numbers must never be underestimated.

Here in NYC when they report his story on WABC local they refer to him as chicken!
I must say our skies are always being monitored by Helicopters 24/7.
I live 30 blocks away!
I have mixed feeling between common sence and one must carry on and live your life. It matters not where you are when it is your time you are moving on to the next journey!
