I just heard Ed Gillespie (RNC) say that under Bush discretionary spending grew 6% his first year, 4% his second year, and 2% this year.

I've been under the impression that spending has grown by a lot more than that, one of the things I've been disappointed with under W. Where do you go to fact check what's being said? Any links you know of?

Well, I survived the cat scan rigamarole...Won't know the results till I see the surgeon next month....

On a more serious note...

The only team that could rout Michigan this year would be Oklahoma....and they routinely do that to everyone.

The official list of top ten teams is :
1. Oklahoma
2. USC
3. LSU
4. Michigan

The Sharkie list of top ten teams is
1. *Drum roll* Oklahoma....by far
2. USC and Michigan in a toss up.

4,5,6,7,8, etc. LSU, Georgia, floriduh, Ohio State, Texas, Floriduh State, etc.....and about ten others that could be 4, 5, or 6

We won't know for sure for two weeks. Michigan will either get very lucky and slide into the Sugar Bowl....where they would get seriously drubbed.....along with any other team "lucky" enough to get into that bowl.

They will probably be in the Rose Bowl and could possilbly play either Georgia or LSU, or somebody else depending on what happens........I am very willing to watch Georgia get waxed by Michigan and bet therein (heheheh).

USC/Michigan would be a great game....prolly ain't gonna happen.

Georgia has to win the SEC play off just to qualify.....and even then, the BCS might not match them with Michigan.
