Thank you, sl. Lovely but cold day. I noticed that temperatures in London England today were 51 Low, 55 High. Here on the Gulf coast temps were 34 Low, 54 High. Since London is approximately 1500 nautical miles farther north then here, this hardly seems fair.

But, as its Christmas, I won't protest too much.:>)

It was cold here as well. It has been quiet and uneventful, not a bad way to spend Christmas.

We had a very nice, but uneventful Christmas.. Just the two of us, but we enjoyed it. Better than traveling back home in these times.

I got to talk to all of the kids and some of the grands, so it was not lonely in the slightest.

It's to the point now, that the kids like to stay at home on Christmas, and it's almost impossible to get us all in one house anymore. I've had all the over-done Christmas's to last a lifetime.. lol. ;)

It was a pretty good day considering all that has happened .. I told the inlaws that I wanted Christmas to be as normal as possible for the kids and I didn't want them spending the day all upset.

They kept my wishes and the girls had a really good day .. that is how mom would have wanted it ... tomorrow is another day and we will deal with it all as it comes.

As mom always said .. just take one day at a time

Yes, Pup..this was a healthy quake. this morning at 0350 there was an afteshock. I heard it and it was strong enough to make the chandlers clink and make noise. the cats hopped off the bed and went for cover...I could not go back to sleep....all quiet the rest of the day....
