Kitty Caption XXIX – Football Trash Talk – (Humor/Meow Alerts)

Two freepers in the Houston area are going to have a little cat fight this week. One is a season ticket holder and devoted Houston Texans fan. The other (me) is a born and raised fan of the New England Patriots. These two teams will face each other on the gridiron in Houston this coming Sunday. In appreciation of this anticipated football match, we have started a little football trash talk thread. Since both of us are cat people, the little furry ones have started their own anticipation of the football match.
Here are the kitties practicing their end-zone dance.

Once we finish the face to face discussion, it is off to the chat rooms.

Some fans resort to prayer for the desired result.

Tony Banks (Texans QB) --- Meet Richard Seymour (Patriots DL)

We have one rule on our trash talk thread no profanity; otherwise Referee throws a flag.

Hey you guys. This is a
CAT thread.
No more doggie pictures. Time for doggies to go home (they go home now). Otherwise, I sick Kim Jong Il after you. Humblegunner can explain what he does to dog. ROFLOL.

LOL, that's great. Those brave kitties are holding down that vicious dog. ;-)
To: RikaStrom
It's all staged. If you look closer, you will be able to tell the dog is actually loving it!

It's all staged. If you look closer, you will be able to tell the dog is actually loving it! Nah, those are ninja kitties applying wu shiao disabling hold to the hapless dog.
Flyer, on the other hand, knows a golden retreiver named Gilligan
who loves kitties and wants one to raise and play with.
It's an odd world we live in.
To: humblegunner
Ah, so you know Ninja!

Flyer, on the other hand, knows a golden retriever named Gilligan who loves kitties and wants one to raise and play with. Indeed he does! His last cat used to sleep on his head. Now the closest he can come to having a kitty is discovering the hidden tootsie rolls the neighborhood cats hide.

Up until a few years ago I always had both cats and dogs as indoor pets and they were always buddies. The only pet personality clashes here have been between female cats. They are wicked head strong and are always trying to be boss even if no one else is paying attention.
How we have ended up with four feisty female feline strays, I have no idea. I think we've been marked as easy to dominate.

I read somewhere that the size of a kitten's ears remains the same throughout its life. Apparently their ears don't grow! Actually, when they are born, their ears are very tiny, rather round, and located on the sides of their heads. As they get bigger, the ears grow, become pointed, and move towards the top of their head. Not all parts of the kitten grow at the same rate.

Thanks for the information. When I read it I wondered if the author wasn't well informed!
