I'm not entirely convinced this message is real, but...

You'd have to communicate which parts of the message is relevant to which unique Al-Qaeda cell.

Therefore, if the message were real, there must be, within the message, a way to give instructions to individual cells. I believe that the strange characters in the last part of the message might represent specific Al-Qaeda cells, preceded by specific instructions/encouragement/code to each cell.

For example, cells Ï and ä¡ have this encoded instruction: 988888 oh Allah Amin is my receipt and greeted on Mohammad a governor Mohammad

Since I loaded the Google toolbar, I have had virtually no more problems with pop-ups. It has a pop-ad killer. Go to the Google website and download it. It's also useful to have the Google search tool built into your browser. Highly recommended.

Anyway, getting back to the subject at hand, it would be interesting to know what the president's schedule is over the next few days. If his schedule is suddenly changed to take him out of Washington, it might be cause for concern. Not that I'm trying to say that Bush is a coward. But if the threat was serious, it would be prudent for his security detail to get him out of Dodge for a few days. If this attack materializes, I would stop at nothing to take these terrorists out for once and for all. Nothing.
