We may very well be in code red at this time, just not publicly.

The official DHS red level is, frankly, too little - too late. The damage is done at that point, and we've lost the initiative.

I think it is valid and a definite avenue that should be looked at closely.

They basically left 8 cities besides NY,DC and LA under high alert, plus nuke plants, waterways etc
