That is my thoughts also, especially now that OBL has delivered his message. But why would they consider lowing the threat level.
And btw I though that OBL's message gave off the vibes of one that felt a sense of defeat and/or disappointment in his fellow men. Was this the speech were it was reported that he was informing his minions to recruit doctors, lawyers, teachers, etc.? If so, I seem to have missed that when reading the message posted lately on this thread.
