Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

I know when I heard this evening "The Tape" was released, my heart sunk, we went into countdown mode just as warned by everyone here who researched the jihad.

Washington (AP) - The nearly empty U.S. Capitol was evacuated Saturday after a sensor detected a possible biohazard in the basement of the building's Senate wing, but the problem turned out to be an industrial solvent.

Capitol Police spokeswoman Jessica Gissebel said field tests came up negative for harmful materials.

Samples were being sent to Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore for further analysis, she said.

The building was cleared for reoccupation after hazardous-material teams completed their work.

CAPITOL HILL (AP) -- All clear at the U.S. Capitol.

A suspected biohazard incident in the basement of the Senate wing of the Capitol turned out to be a false alarm. But it was enough to bring hazardous materials response teams to the building and force an evacuation of the few occupants.

A spokesman for U.S. Capitol Police says all tests came up negative for harmful materials.

The suspected hazard turned out to be some sort of industrial solvent.

I will tell you that the one aspect of it that does give me pause is that if true, it likely came into the country during the Clinton years. I doubt it would have arrived here post 9/11

How better for us to understand why a democrat becomes republican? We are seeing defectors in Congress come to our side. And one of the reasons my little sister cited, is what you posted Ocean.

You don't vote Democrat for 20+ years and decide overnight to make a drastic change to our side. Especially little sis. But this thread has helped do that for Ellie! She got the holp crap scared out of here and was shocked into thinking the "What IF" this had happened under Clinton (911) or if Gore had stolen this election.

She has made what I consider a life changing and life affirming dedicated choice to being a "True American Patriot"! She did it for her country, as well as herself.

People, us being lifelong conservatives, except for straying here or there, as I ashamedly admit voting for Clinton the first time, well that made me despise him even moreso! But we have not a clue how hard it must be to change parties and no longer be a Sheeple. The very sheeple's we have fought here.

This Israeli site gives the translation to the arabic text that went along with one of the graphics (The one with the mushroom cloud over New York) that were linked earlier, somewhere within the last thousand or so posts. They also show the original graphics as well as the original text.

It is dated December of 2002. For some reason, I was thinking that this type of threat was a relatively new thing. It seems as if these guys have been at this for a while.
