A standup comic once said nearly all tornado stories say it hit the trailer park and then came into the residential neighborhoods in town.
So build a Potemkin Village of false trailers on the edge of town to draw the tornado to it.

i would like to see the members of the press draw a number when they enter the room,,whoever drew number one asks the first question and then number two and so on..it would cut down on the shouting and give everyone in the room the same chances to ask a question
