When I was in school. the janitor was the biggest perv in the building.
I worked in multiple school districts the last one I got hired in back in 2019 with a very strict background check certifying me to be safe around children.
I worked in elementary schools for the last two years as well and no one got harmed or even spoken to the wrong way.
But yes inside my heart a lot of insanity when I got home plenty of sex with self etc. not associated with the kids at school.
My anger about politics and culture issues played in my high school custodian years when I cracked and got fired for retaliating against the liberal administration IMHO.
Conservative supervisors were helpful because they got me my next school job knowing I had a good track record not acting like a perv among other things.
Perv school custodian no but a flawed sin-sick person who can look back on his school custodian years wearing a cap reading:

I used asymmetrical means with online posting and leaks to mainstream news organizations to discredit and tie down public education’s liberal agendas.
The custodian sees quite a bit in the garbage alone.

I’ve done the steps and my inventory and yes that’s the brutal honest truth no sexual harm done to other folks in my school work.
The administration would have been glad if they had actually caught me doing something sexual in a school my online writing on DEI other matters in the school district touched nerves at the top.
But more than a few folks I worked with crossed the boundaries that were either unethical or illegal leading to the resignations.
Custodians smoking weed making inappropriate sexual comments the worst I saw the teachers and principals were into the sexual wrongdoing in the places I worked.
I got the sexual harassment write up when I worked in television news in the 1980’s still got the paper somewhere in my records would you like me to send it to you.
Others involved so I just don’t think it’s appropriate to send it to you.
