Fox News’ Tomi Lahren slammed Vice President JD Vance’s appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast as a “huge misstep” and questioned whether he’s trying to distance himself from the president for a 2028 run.
Lahren joined Fox Business’ Larry Kudlow on Friday where they both took issue with Vance and his three-hour sit-down with Rogan this week.
Kudlow said that Vance “doesn’t seem to be in sync with presidential policy,” especially when it comes to Israel, arguing he’s placing blame on Israel for a peace deal with Iran falling apart.
Lahren argued there is a growing “fringe right” that aligns with the far left in criticism of Israel and they both use antisemitic tropes like accusing supporters of being paid off by foreign entities.
She said:
There are folks in the podcast world that Charlie [Hurt] doesn’t listen to anymore and I don’t either, but I’m aware of, who have much the same message. And I’ll see it in my own comments. If I make a comment about Iran or whatever, and I’m the most kind of anti-war person, America-first person that there is, but people will say, you’re captured by Israel, AIPAC is paying you off. That has become a go-to their narrative for some on the right as well, and it doesn’t help when our vice president plays into it, even in the slightest bit. That Joe Rogan podcast was a huge misstep, and I hope he realizes that.
During Vance’s interview, he slammed “influencer” campaigns designed at targeting critics of Israel.
The vice president specifically referenced a Time report about Brad Parscale, who briefly ran Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign, and his company Clock Tower X being paid by Israel to run an influence campaign online...
Lahren theorized on Friday that Vance could be setting himself up for 2028 with his comments.
“I don’t know if he’s positioning himself in 2028 to be the leader of maybe what might be a more America first, isolationist wing of MAGA? Maybe he is, but I don’t think President Trump is going to like that too much,” she said.

Yes, during a nearly three-hour chat with the most-streamed podcaster on Spotify, Vance yet again showed us just who he is.
Not that it was tough to do with a host like Rogan, who didn’t challenge a word his interviewee said. Oh, other than asking him what “MoU” stands for and expressing surprise that “dove” in the political context is the opposite of “hawk.”
Where blaming the Jews and Israel for the doomed memorandum of understanding with the Islamic Republic was concerned, there was no pushback. On the contrary, Rogan goaded Vance to keep going down his embarrassing rabbit hole of conspiracy theories.
These included the groyper line about sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s deep ties to the Mossad or the CIA. It was as though anti-Israel political commentators and podcasters Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens prepped the VP for the one-on-one. They undoubtedly were pleased with his performance.

Not only is there no evidence in the article for this recycled Jewish conspiracy theory, but Vance himself is reportedly close to lobbyists for the Iranian regime. Two years ago, he addressed the Quincy Institute, which Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) has described as a “hotbed of pro-Iran lobbying”.
In April, Lee Smith wrote in Tablet magazine that the group of officials, journalists and think-tank experts who formed the Obama administration’s notorious “echo chamber” to give a favorable spin to the 2015 nuclear deal, which would have allowed Iran to develop nuclear weapons with only a few years delay, were trying to pull the same stunt again — this time with “structurally aligned” Vance as America’s lead negotiator pushing things their way.
The more obvious reason for the criticism of Vance is that he’s responsible for a stupid, gullible and dangerous strategy that’s now gone belly-up. He tried to negotiate with a regime whose goal of destroying America and Israel is totally non-negotiable. Vance has chosen to mask his humiliation by the time-dishonored ploy of dumping on the Jews.
This disgusting tactic was also deployed last week by someone who is not only a Jew himself but who uses his father’s record as a Jewish resistance fighter in pre-Israel Palestine to assert his devotion to the State of Israel. He has a strange way of showing it..

I haven’t watched the interview, but almost all of the complaints listed above seem to be related to the Vice President’s tone or weak attempts at fallacious guilt-by-association. Can anyone provide specific quotes of what he said in this interview that are factually false? Otherwise these accusations are all just pouting and libel.
His “deal” with the IRGC, and his comments about Milton Friedman and Margaret Thatcher are not helping his political future.

His statement also about “not having TIME to do sh_T” in response to some UFO question never involved his “time” being eatin’up by chasing all of the Fraud occurring in multiple programs of which HE WAS APPOINTED.
