So what if Mamdani is the Mayor of NEW YORK CITY?
Myself | July 6, 2026 | KittenClaws

Posted on 07/06/2026 2:24:05 PM PDT by KittenClaws

First of all, I’d like to address the absolute hubris of New York City thinking it is “all that, and a pair of leotards”. So what if financial folks settled there? Does that make you better than other cities!

And just because the communist Mamdani gets elected in the oh so great city, the rest of us should just roll over to New York wisdom?

I don’t think so. New Yorkers must be extreme idiots to elect such a low life. And I don’t mind saying so.

As for the rest of us, just put New York on IGNORE. We DO NOT NEED New York and Mammarydanii is NOT equal to the President.

NYC isn’t even a shadow of it’s former self.
There’s not enough left to make a shadow.

Productive Folks have been leaving for decades.

Hochul and Mamdami will finish it off.

Let if fall into the shiitehole of history.

Dude, he was a rapper.

He’s Muslim.

He’s from Africa.

His intersectionality makes him highly qualified: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intersectionality

Sorry if I made you throw up. LOL

Me too, but more so now. This POS thinks he’s really something and it seems many others do as well, just because it’s NEW YORK. Sickens me

NYC became a financial center because it was a major seaport.

But the seaport business went away in the 1970s primarily because the mobbed up longshoremen's union took a stand against moving to container freight.

There was also a lot of light industry in NYC that went away because of taxes and regulation.

Wall Street stayed, but they have had contingency plans to move since the Cold War. I really don't see them staying much longer.

Tax the rich? What rich?

I think he’ll intentionally destroy it and eventually populate it with Islamists and Sharia law.

Right. Because a bunch of traitorous morons think he is really something.

He’s a MAYOR and so the heck what? There should be many more of us poo-pooing this travesty.

The problem is how the cancer spreads. You don’t ignore it you hit it head on. Look what’s happened to Colorado..it was solid red from 1920 to 2004. 22 years later it’s a shxthole like every blue run state and they keep infecting other states.

The cancer needs to be eradicated and the institutions forcing it on to young adults need to be dismantled and rebuilt in per the constitution not any socialist Marxist communist manifesto.

The “ rich” with any brains left will leave New York. Leave Mamdani to tax nothing.

“...longshoremen’s union took a stand against moving to container freight.”

My mom worked for a marine surveyor at LA/LB back in the day. It was pretty much common knowledge that longshoremen seemed to have a lot of ‘accidents’ when handling really valuable cargo. A box of watches from Japan would be dropped and the watches would kind of disappear.

They fought tooth and nail to stop the containers.

The problem has been that people are way too polite. They refuse to call a spade a spade. The good of the United States, the acceptance, the patience, the non judgmental attitudes….are killing her.

We have forgotten that we are warriors for the truth

And this is where we should return.

We have gotten soft, way too accepting.

Perhaps I should list what I do not, WILL NOT accept.

Starting with transvestism

I wonder if in our lifetime we'll see Dallas become the major stock exchange of the world. The Dallas exchanged opened officially today, though limited trades for testing purposes.

So what if financial folks settled there?

It has the population and is the center of the media and financial industries. Although population is declining and the other two are becoming more and more decentralized.

Thats fine because it'll become the next Detroit or Baltimore.

Unlike London, people will leave the city. And they're the ones who are paying the taxes (which are funding the services demanded by "citizens").
