Tech guru Elon Musk just hit a major milestone by solidifying his status as the world’s first trillionaire. And naturally, leftists are in total meltdown mode.
The freak out started on Friday morning, shortly after Musk’s SpaceX began trading at $150 a share, a figure above its listing price of $135. According to Fox Business, “Combined with his holdings in electric vehicle maker Tesla, as well as other investments and assets, Musk’s net worth is now estimated at about $1.1 trillion.”
Musk’s major achievement was apparently too much for leftists. Across the interwebs, these emotionally fragile figures proceeded to throw temper tantrums at the Tesla founder’s business success.
The Globe and Mail contributor Chris Gay kicked off the pity party with a column titled, “SpaceX IPO makes Elon Musk the first trillionaire. Here’s how to properly hate him.” The outlet has since changed the headline to, “SpaceX is set to make Elon Musk the first trillionaire. Is that a bad look for capitalism?”

One thing is for sure
Musk doesn’t care what the commies think of him.
The leftists salivate over looting Elon with regulations and fees.
SpaceX’s market cap is about $2 trillion. Canada’s GDP is about $2.5 trillion per year. The post compares the company’s valuation to the country’s annual economic output.
Canada’s economy is stifled by the communist government. It could easily be much more, but voters (or election fraud) won’t permit it.
What I don’t understand is beyond a certain point, how does massive wealth impact the price you have to pay people to provide the goods and services you require? If what you are worth is public knowledge, the cost of goods and services are going to rise proportionate to your worth. He has to be using cut-outs like the intelligence services do, so for a lot of his needs no one knows who they are really dealing with and the ultimate buyer is unknown.
Kill the H-1B visa! Enough is enough!!
i asked for 1,000 shares and had to commit 135,000 for two days but i only end up with 102 shares..... i guess i should ask for 5,000 shares of openai and anthropics when they go public for my next go around
it feels great to make that much money with zero effort.
Most of Musk’s wealth is tied up in the companies that he controls. It’s an estimation based on the market caps of the companies and the percentage of them that he owns. A lot of that is guesswork since Tesla and now SpaceX are the only ones required to issue records publicly.
So when Zuckerberg makes billions producing nothing but electronic bull shit, they celebrate but when Musk produces billions in actual hardware and creates many jobs they have hissy fits ... go figure.

Basically, they’re jealous. Not one of them would object if THEY were the trillionaire.

SpaceX started in a warehouse from nothing.
The company almost went bankrupt.
Critics said reusable rockets were impossible.
And yet, they just opened with the largest IPO ever.

So, success is now somehow wrong. What a bunch of whack jobs.
Elon Musk, of all people to have become the world’s richest, will go down in history as the one who did the most good.
Not a one of them would freak out if it was THEM creating a business worth that much. They’d want to keep it all for themselves. Of course, they couldn’t do that because they are takers and not makers.
Musk is providing products, jobs, and other people wealthy.
Envy, greed, and coveting is a deadly sin.
Annnddd That’s nothing when compared to the national debt. If anything this angst and writhing more so should serve to sober the likes of such kim taine and mock warna and lead towards their juxtaposing what is Elon’s capitalistic greatness with their own managerial failure with the people’s money.
Defund the fed fire everybody clean house.
