CENTCOM Chief Says Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis Cut Off From Iran’s Weapons Supply

WASHINGTON D.C. (Worthy News) – Iran’s ability to threaten Israel, America’s regional allies, and U.S. personnel across the Middle East has been dramatically reduced, according to Admiral Brad Cooper, the head of U.S. Central Command, who told a Senate committee Thursday that Tehran’s military reach has been severely weakened after recent U.S. operations.

“Iran has a significantly degraded threat, and they no longer threaten regional partners, or the United States, in ways that they were able to do before, across every domain,” Cooper said. “They’ve been significantly degraded.”

In one of the most striking assessments of the hearing, Cooper said Iran’s most dangerous terror proxies — Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthis in Yemen — have been cut off from Tehran’s weapons pipeline and support network.

“Today, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis are all cut-off from Iran’s weapons supply and support,” Cooper said, adding that the outcome “was not foreordained.”

The assessment marks a major strategic shift in the region. For decades, Iran has relied on its proxy armies to wage war against Israel, harass U.S. forces, destabilize Arab nations, and project power far beyond its borders. But Cooper told lawmakers that those transfer routes and supply methods have now been severed, sharply limiting Tehran’s ability to arm its terrorist allies.

Cooper said Iranian-backed groups carried out more than 350 attacks against U.S. troops and diplomats in the 30 months before the recent war — roughly one attack every three days — killing four American soldiers.

Don’t think this is over. As of early 2026, Hezbollah’s missile arsenal is estimated to have between 11,000 and 25,000 rockets and missiles remaining. Despite heavy losses from Israeli strikes, they retain over 1,000 long-range missiles and continue to launch significant daily barrages. A lot of killing capacity. Despite the reductions, Hezbollah has maintained the ability to launch dozens to over 100 rockets and drones daily during the 2026 conflict, with notable barrages exceeding 200 in March 2026. So they have a backlog.

Not to mention Iran’s missile capacity is still 2/3 of what it was before the war.

Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis and IRGC have perfected digging in and living underground.

They’re like the Japanese on Okinawa.

And there’s only two ways to deal with it:
1. Flame throwers, dogs and bullets
2. Nuke the beating heart

The last Japanese soldier surrendered on Guam in January, 1972.

Yet the deep state, intelligence leakers keep showing up on the corporate media outlets saying Iran is as strong as ever. The fake news bunch is beyond repair.

Another briefing on how decimated the Iranian military is. I wonder where all those boats came from that were/are attacking ships in the Straits of Hormuz?

There are problems with throwing force at Iran at this point. The animals you want aren’t there and you’ll be taking out people who in this case are not part of the problem. They are hostages with little chance of changing their position. This is why the US is talking about arming them to give them a chance at freedom and hoping it will be a pain in the side of the current regime. This is one of the major reason the people in charge in Iran are currently making a deal with Russia to bail out there.

But let’s look at the future and it’s comparison with other countries in their area post 9/11 and our intervention.

Afghanistan: Following the 2001 US invasion that toppled the Taliban, Afghanistan saw a 20-year insurgency. After the U.S. withdrawal in August 2021, the Taliban returned to power, and according to reports, the country has once again become a safe haven for terrorist groups including al-Qaeda and ISIS-K.

Libya: Following the 2011 NATO-backed intervention that removed Muammar Gaddafi, the country fractured and became a haven for various militia and terrorist groups, with extremist elements gaining ground in the resulting power vacuum.

Iraq: After the 2003 invasion toppled Saddam Hussein, the subsequent security vacuum led to an insurgency and the rise of al-Qaeda in Iraq, which later evolved into ISIS (Islamic State), seizing large swaths of Iraqi territory in 2014.

Somalia: Throughout the post-9/11 period, Somalia has continued to deal with the expansion of al-Shabaab, a terrorist group that has exploited the country’s weak government to maintain safe havens. And many of them have even moved here. Minneapolis is an example.

The war on terrorists is not about fighting and beating an army. That never ends and never runs out of people as long as there those that want to continue the islamists faith and follow the quran. And even in the Us where we are actively combative with them, they are allowed to live and prosper through our programs while sending funds home to fight against our soldiers and sailors.

If we fire a nuclear device in Iran it will start a chain reaction throughout the world. The first and foremost need is the protection of the CONUS. Here is an article most don’t read and many don’t know about:

https://media.defense.gov/2026/Jan/23/2003864773/-1/-1/0/2026-NATIONAL-DEFENSE-STRATEGY.PDF

And this is just the beginning.
