A White male says he has submitted over 300 job application, he can’t get a single call back
So he tried an experiment, he updated his resume to have a common Indian last name ‘Singh’
He says he’s already gotten 3 callbacks
This is discrimination based on race and it’s happening everywhere to White people

Even when Indians are willing to hire non-Indians, it is always for the lower paid positions.
Without question. I know a few people who have excellent credentials but no callbacks. The H1B program needs canceled immediately.
Indians are the biggest illegal alien problem for America.
Zip Recruiter. Great for generating unemployment paperwork but after years of using it I had only 2 interviews which went nowhere.
Has he tried buying a new shirt without holes in it and knocking on doors?
India has a caste system. Their worldview is not compatible with the US Constitution.

Legal or not the worst of the worst are the Somali's. India is a low trust society so you don't want them but Islam hates everyone and goes to war wherever they end up.
It worked for Elizabeth Warren.
I hd the best job of my life working in a small Oregon school district as a Journeyman electrician/maintenance guy back in 2014.
I got a lay-off notice so for the next 6 months was looking for employment.
I mean who wouldn't want to hire an experienced journeyman electrician?
The problem was no one wanted to hire a 63 year old electrician. Age discrimination exists too.
So I applied for social security & with other retirement income I'm doing fine 12 years later.
Who fills the jobs in HR and hiring?
Something that people overlook about racism in hiring and services is that beyond the official reasons for shutting out whites and white males such as quotas and official company/government policies, there are millions of racist white and white male haters that have to be gotten past, HR doesn’t just have policies, it has a human looking at the application or taking the call, and we know that racial and sexist hatred is a deep quality in many of our modern Americans, especially in these hiring positions and HR.
A lot of these rejections are coming from the guys and gals from their own internal personal angers and hatreds using the same hate that we see in their social media postings, they use the posted rules to keep you out when they can, and they use their inside position to block the white guy when they have to.
Why would he say he is a white male in is resume? He shouldn’t be saying anything about it. I’d reject him too if he said it in a resume.
My “white” son was just told last week by a potential employer that he met and exceeded all their qualifications, but they were looking to hire a candidate with “more diversity”. IT field.
Not surprised - have been living that ‘white privilege’ since the ‘80s.
Things are bad in this country. Real bad.
White males are second class citizens. Mike Rowe is their patron saint.
Indian culture is an abhorrent and antithetical to Western civilization in general (and American in particular). Every elite that pushed for importing Indians should be tried for treason against the American people.
Ageism is alive and well in the good old USA I have experienced it 1st hand, had one interview very recently the HR dude and IT manager was 25 years younger and the IT dude literally asked me why would I hire you as you are about to die.....I told him I can work rings around anyone here and including you as I was putting in 60 hours a week anyway. I was forced out due to my age and I was making to much as well compared to everyone else on the team by double.
I agree with the first part- he’s setting himself up for mockery with that video wearing that shirt...
Whites are Banned just look at Ads , all ads
I was getting some age discrimination for certain jobs when trying to get out of machining. I’m over 50 everyone wants young and pliable. When I pull the machinist card, where I am willing to do machine work, suddenly its a grudging “ok” because they can’t find anyone to do the job, I’m it. Now I have a good job that pays more than I ever earned and I get to make stuff that actually has a tangible benefit because my trade is slowly dying. Hopefully I can retire from this place in 15 or 20 years.
