Senator John Fetterman just exposed how Oprah Winfrey allegedly tried to buy his vote on the “Big Beautiful Bill.”
“She had her assistant approach me and offer me $20 million to vote against the bill,” Fetterman told the Senate Oversight Committee.
“I told her that’s not how our country works.”
He immediately informed Democrat leadership.
Their response?
“They swept it under the rug.”

I remember that a few years ago that a bank in northern California failed and Oprah had something like $600 million in it. That bank was bailed out in full instead of pennies on the dollar. Why in a bank she lives no where near and not paying interest. Treasury bills would have paid far more. Silicon Valley Bank is the California-based institution that failed in March 2023.

Total BS. If they would have used 20k instead of 20m then it may have been more believable. Even Oprah wouldn’t blow that much for a vote.
