In this news video from the San Diego affiliate of NBC News, video shows that after a violent serial criminal named Arturo Gonzalez told Desi Sullivan, the principal of King Chavez High School, that he was running from ICE, the principal violated school policy by unlocking the door, and allowing this violent serial criminal to enter the school while students were inside the school.
