The U.S. Supreme Court allowed President Donald Trump’s administration to remove the temporary legal status of hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan, Cuban, Haitian, and Nicaraguan migrants living in the United States, supporting the Republican president’s push to increase deportations.
The court stayed the order from U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani in Boston that halted the administration’s move to end the immigration “parole” granted to 532,000 of these migrants by former President Joe Biden, potentially exposing many of them to immediate removal while the case is heard in lower courts.
The ruling was unsigned and did not justify, as is common with emergency court orders. Two of the court’s three liberal justices, Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, officially dissented.
Immigration parole is a type of temporary authorization granted by American law to enter the nation for “urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit,” which allows grantees to live and work in the United States. Biden, a Democrat, used parole as part of his administration’s strategy for deterring illegal immigration along the U.S.-Mexico border.

They were actually ‘legal’ until their parole is revoked....
Yet, here we have liberals claiming there isn’t that many in the country.
I sould be fine if the “parole’ was granted under a valid claim, but Biden just rubber stamped hundreds of thousands of them, most with no valid reason under this law.
This sounds like a big win
So the Biden strategy to deter illegal immigration was to declare it to be legal?

We allow 1M - 1.2M LEGAL immigrants into the US every year. Do we need to make the process more streamlined and transparent, sure.

This is WINNING!!! Now if only President Trump would Order the DOJ to NOT pursue any Criminal charges against any Illegal Alien if the victim is a Registered Demonrat
the judge was obviously wrong here, anything one president can do by executive order another can undo by executive order.

Ya I get tired of the phrasing, the law allowed it, the supreme court just had the good sense to actually apply the law for a change.
Expeditiously expedite removal of all 500k illegals immediately, if not sooner,
before another activist lunatic liberal judge intervenes.
A poorly written title unless the intent is to mislead thd public. Something like the following would be more accurate.
