EVERYONE needs to sue all involved in the release of these psychos - judges, mayors, governors...

Bunch of lame excuses from prosecutors. If stabber, only stabs “people with no fixed address”, then he is home free to stab again?

If a bartender can be held liable for a drunk leaving the bar and killing someone then judges doubly so!

End immunities

I always wondered why the bastards were called “bleeding heart liberals.” Poor Stephanie Minter knows.

George Soros has supported Fairfax County’s District Attorney Steve Descano so let’s see if he does the right thing this time. I’m not holding my breath.

For some reason judges and prosecutors hate “three strikes” laws. But they are necessary. When people have demonstrated that they cannot live peaceably in society, they must be confined and must live out there lives confined where they can’t do damage to honest citizens.

It’s not really about punishment. It’s just a clear-eyed recognition that they are not able to live and function without harming their neighbors.

"Bunch of lame excuses from prosecutors."

That is exactly the problem. I used to do criminal defense work in Fairfax County and D.C. in the '80s. It was completely different back then until maybe ten years ago when the electorate began putting woke Commonwealth Attorneys in office. Back then, you would get jail time for maliciously breaking someone's car antenna - I saw it happen. The joke back then was that you would get probation for murder in D.C. and jail time for minor property crimes in Virginia. It was true.

It depends who doesn’t stop the criminal and who is enabling the criminal. It could be unlimited stabbings and many, many innocent victims.

Obviously, Fairfax County needs to annex the more rural areas of Virginia to prevent such incurred conflict.

And if the victim would have shot and killed this POS, SHE would have gone to prison.

We just need to put a bounty on them. Bury them and forget em.
