I saw another thread about this, and I wondered: How do we know it was an ICE vehicle, and not just some third party involved in road stupidity?

I thought it was a fair question, although I enjoyed the driver of the dark SUV’s move to leave the highway and then as soon as the others committed, he jumped back on.
